The Logo Maker

The AI logo maker is a nice touch for businesses that don’t already have a logo. It offers various style options (abstract, corporate, eco-friendly, futuristic, geometric, hand-drawn, etc.) and generates multiple variations based on your business name and chosen style.

But again, I would either hire a logo designer, use ChatGPT or use Canva to create logos.

Important Considerations

So Hostinger offers two useful AI website creation tools, one for WordPress and another for small business websites.

WordPress AI vs. Website Builder Decision

Hostinger’s traditional website builder is a proprietary tool. This means if you build your website with their website builder, you’re essentially locked into Hostinger’s platform.

You can’t migrate a website builder site to another hosting provider. It’s Hostinger or nothing.

With WordPress however, you have complete portability due to this CMS popularity. You can move your WordPress site to any hosting provider that supports WordPress, giving you much more flexibility in the long run.

This AI note-taking tool fundamentally allows you to synthesize information from a wide range of sources – PDF files, audio files, website links, slides and YouTube videos.

Then you can interact with all this combined data in a fun way, easy to digest way by creating an AI podcasts of your source material, and/or a video, and to top if off you can ask specific questions about all the information sources you upload for greater understanding.

Yea, it is insane.

Getting Started with Google Notebook LM

Getting started with Google Notebook LM is very simple. Just Google “Google Notebook LM” and it should be the top link at notebooklm.google.com.

You’ll need to be logged into your Google account to access the platform.

Once you’re logged in, you’ll see the welcome page where you can create a new notebook by clicking “Create a new notebook.”

Exploring the Settings

Before diving in, let’s briefly explore the settings. At the top of the page, you’ll find your Google account settings, along with several useful options:

• Notebook Help: Self-explanatory support resources
• Send Feedback: Direct feedback to Google
• Discord: Join the community discussions
• Output Language: Change the language for responses (defaults to English)
• Display Mode: Choose between light mode, dark mode, or follow your device settings
• Upgrade to Plus: Access premium features

The Plus upgrade offers five times more audio overviews, queries, and notebook sources per notebook.

You can also customize the style and tone of your notebooks, collaborate and share with others, and get access to the Gemini app and Flow (their AI tool for creating cinematic videos), plus increased storage limits.

However, if you’re new to the tool, the free version is totally fine to start with.

Uploading Sources: The Foundation of Your Research

File Upload Options

Once you create your new notebook, you can upload sources as needed. The platform accepts various formats:

• PDF files
• Text documents
• Markdown files
• Audio files (MP3)

There are upload limits to be aware of. Files need to be under 200 megabytes in size. For most documents you’ll be uploading, this shouldn’t be a significant issue.

But if you have an ebook you want to upload, it may be best to upload it your Google drive then select said ebook from there if it’s greater than 200mb.

Additional Source Options

Beyond direct file uploads, you can add sources from:

• Google Drive: Access any documents stored in your Google Drive. Useful as a work-a-round if your source material is greater than 200mb.
• Website Links: Add URLs directly (only visible text will be imported however).
• Paste Text: Copy and paste text directly into the platform.

When adding website URLs, you can add multiple URLs by separating them with a space or new line.

If you’re not sure where to find additional sources, the “Discover” button is very useful. Click on it and describe something you’d like to learn more about.

The AI will suggest relevant sources that you can import directly into your notebook. This feature is particularly helpful when you’re exploring a new topic and want to build a comprehensive source library quickly.

Asking Questions: Interacting with Your Sources

Once you have sources uploaded, you can start asking questions directly. The platform will provide detailed responses based solely on the source material you’ve uploaded.

You’ll notice small numbers throughout the responses. These are citations that link back to specific sources, showing you exactly where the information comes from.

You can mouse over these citations to see quick previews of the source material without having to click through to full documents. This makes it easy to verify information and explore additional context as you’re researching.

The question-and-answer functionality works similarly to other generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Grok, Gemini etc), but it’s specifically trained on your uploaded sources, making the responses highly relevan, traceable and focused.

Creating Audio Overviews: AI-Generated Podcasts

Turn your source material into an AI podcast. This feature by far is what makes Google NotebookLM so amazing. The podcast “the deep dive” features a male and female presenter.

They speak in a very natural way with pauses and go back and forth discussing your source material. So if you have some dense material you want to break down (research paper, anything pier reviewed, a comprehensive PHD thesis, your favorite book) then you’ll find Notebook LM up to the task.

Under the “Studio” section, you’ll find the “Audio Overview” feature, which generates an AI podcast based on your sources. It creates a conversation between a man and a woman discussing your uploaded content in natural language.

Customization Options

You can customize your audio overview in several ways:

• Length: Choose shorter, longer, or default duration.
• Focus: Tell the AI hosts to focus on specific sources if you want targeted discussion.
• Interactive Mode: Join the conversation and interrupt the AI to ask specific questions.

The generation process takes several minutes so be patient, but the result is a comprehensive podcast that you can listen to while doing other activities.

The podcast also has an interactive mode that allows you to “call in” and ask questions. That’s right, you can literally interrupt the AI hosts mid-conversation to ask follow-up questions or request clarification on specific points.

Managing Audio Content

Once generated, you can rename, download, share, or delete your audio overviews. This makes it easy to create multiple versions focused on different aspects of your research or share insights with colleagues.

Video Overview: Visual Content Creation

The video overview function works similarly to the audio feature.

You can customize what the AI hosts should focus on . For example, “present this to a book club” or “help me review for a quiz.”

Currently, the video functionality produces content that’s somewhat basic.

Essentially text and slides with narration. In my personal opinion, it’s kind of cookie-cutter at this time, though I’m sure this will improve significantly as the technology develops.

Like audio overviews, you can download, share, rename, and delete video content as needed.

Mind Maps: Visual Information Architecture

The mind map feature generates an AI-powered visual representation of your sources and their relationships. This typically takes about a minute to generate and provides an interactive way to explore your content.

You can click on different nodes to expand topics and drill down into specific areas. When you click on a particular section of the mind map, it takes you to the chat function and begins explaining that specific topic in detail. This creates a seamless way to move from high-level overview to detailed exploration.

The mind map is particularly useful for understanding complex relationships between different concepts in your source material and provides a more visual way to navigate your research.

Reports: Comprehensive Documentation

Google Notebook LM can generate four types of reports based on your sources:

Briefing Document

This provides a high-level overview – essentially a TL;DR for all your different sources. It’s detailed but gives you the essential information without requiring you to read through everything.

Study Guide

The study guide includes key concepts, quiz questions, and short answer prompts. This is incredibly useful if you’re trying to master a topic or prepare for an exam. It identifies the most important aspects and ideas for developing a strong understanding of your subject matter.

FAQ

Generates frequently asked questions and comprehensive answers based on your source material. This format makes it easy to quickly find specific information or understand common points of confusion.

Timeline

Creates a detailed chronological overview of events, developments, or concepts covered in your sources. The timeline can be incredibly comprehensive, sometimes going back billions of years depending on your topic, and includes a cast of characters explaining who’s who and why they’re significant.

Data Synthesis Tool Rather Than Traditional Notebook

Google Notebook LM isn’t really like a traditional, digital notebook. It’s more accurately described as a data synthesis tool. A self-learning platform to understand and organize information from a wide range of sources into an easily digestible format.

For actual note taking, I would stick to something like Notion, which is more of a workspace/notebook. Notebook LM for what it is, is quite powerful and it does live up to the hype.

What I particularly appreciate is the audio overview feature, having a podcast with natural language conversation between two people, with the ability to interrupt and ask questions, is genuinely helpful for learning complex topics.

The discover feature for finding additional sources is also excellent for expanding your research and knowledge base systematically.

Conclusion

So I’ll leave it there. If you’ve not heard of NotebookLM then give it a go. Upload your favorite book, or ask it to source videos on a specific topic you want to know more about.

Then have it create a podcast you can listen to whenever or where ever and ask follow up questions to deeper understanding.

Open AI’s ChatGPT can answer questions, write books, argue a point, write code, summarize books, and more. It works based on the prompts you enter, and one such prompt I like to use for blogging is the “rewrite” prompt.

Let’s take a look and see how ChatGPT performed:

Excellent overall.

With the rewrite prompt you can also expand on it and add commands as needed. “Rewrite as a blog post” or “rewrite using long sophisticated sentences.”

Compared to Claude however, it’s not quite as good though.

3. Jasper AI – Marketing AI

Jasper AI is a marketing focused AI tool. It’s best use case is for using it to write sales copy, product descriptions, paraphrase content and more.

The advantage of this tool over a free generative AI tool are the built-in frameworks for creating copy and no limits on content creation if you have a paid subscription.

So let’s take a look to see how it performed with the test paragraph:

Overall very good. As Jasper is strictly a paid tool, if all you’re looking to do is rewrite content then I would stick to Claude or ChatGPT.

4. Quillbot – The best free writing assistant for bloggers

Quillbot offers a free version and a paid version of its paraphrasing tool. What it does is that it simply swaps out adjectives and verbs, or it takes away or adds words to form new sentences.

Let’s take our paragraph and see how Quillbot performs:

Quillbot did an adequate job of paraphrasing and rewriting our original sentence. I reordered some sentences from passive voice to active voice while swapping out adjectives like “ragtag” for “motley crew.” Overall for a free tool, Quillbot came through.

5. Grammarly – Sentence rewrite suggestions

Grammarly is a free spell checker, but they offer a “premium” plan that now provides sentence rewrites. While not as robust as Jasper AI or ChatGPT in the sense you can command Grammarly to change sentences, it does provide new sentence rewrites for “clarity” to improve your writing.

While not a paraphrasing tool, it incorporates paraphrasing features to improve your writing. The only issue is you need help to command it to write. Take a look below:

I run Grammarly on all the blog posts here on DavidUtke.com, and this sentence rewrite was suggested. It will change the sentence structure automatically at the click of a button and delete words as needed.

7. Gemini – Google’s generative AI

Gemini is Google’s answer to ChatGPT. What sets it apart is that it has access to all the data the Google has and is typically more up to date on information.

So how well does the rewrite, paraphrase tool prompt work? Let’s find out:

While I prefer Claude for any sort of writing, Gemini comes in at a strong second place and ChatGPT tends to have it’s own AI writing style that still requires you to edit it.

Generative AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude and Gemini are here to stay and are only getting better. I would typically stick to a generative AI to rewrite and paraphrase anything.

Grammarly is also a useful tool if you’re an authentic writer and want to have helpful suggests to rewrite and paraphrase your content to make it more readable.

Dashboard overview

Once you sign up, you’ll be presented with your dashboard. The way Jasper works is that you can create content and can organize everything into campaigns. From the dashboard you’ll also see links to setting a brand voice and Jasper AI Chat.

To get started creating content with Jasper AI is quite, easy, all you have to do is click the big purple “create content” button and you’ll be presented with a lightbox that has four options:

From here, you can select either a “blank document,” a “new from template,” “new blog post,” or “new art.” My typical workflow. I’ll break down each one of these options for you so you understand their features, limitations, and if they’re any good.

Blank document – Start an article from scratch

The blank document feature is where you can begin writing your content manually or have the AI write your content in three ways.

The first way is to use the “continue writing” feature that will have the AI expand on the paragraph. At the end of each section, there will be a little arrow. All you do is click on that arrow, and Jasper AI will expand the paragraph based on the text.

You can keep clicking this arrow to have the AI write more and more as needed. In addition to this, on the left-hand sidebar, you can “add context” like what the article is about, tone of voice, and keywords. This helps Jasper write content more in line with your expectations.

You can also hit the button in the menu to cycle from focus mode, chat mode, and power mode. Focus mode allows you to add context; chat mode changes the “add context” sidebar into a chat box. Finally, power mode will enable you to create content using prompts.

The second way to create content is to “tell Jasper what to write:“

Just click the + sign in the blank document and this text bar will appear. Here you can Jasper to write whatever you want. An outline, a single sentence, full paragraph, answer a questions and so forth.

The final way to create content using the blank document is to highlight any paragraph and to then click on the “ask Jasper” button:

From here you can transform the text in numerous ways like changing the tone, length, repurposing the content or translating it into a different language.

Finally, you can enable Grammarly and a plagiarism checker in the blank document editor.

Pros:

• Easy to create content, rewrite paragraphs, expand on ideas and create outlines. There is no reason why you can’t create a quality 1500-2000 word article in a day now.
• Grammarly and Surfer SEO integration.
• Format content into a blog post to easily add into your favorite blogging platform.

Cons:

• The “continue writing” feature does sometimes add content that is irrelevant or content that is already mentioned elsewhere in the article.
• The AI writer tends to over use exclamation marks and overly formal transitional language.
• It always uses “we” when writing instead of “I.” A personal annoyance as content written by a single author should use I not we. We are not the Borg from Start Trek.

New Blog Post – Create a 500-700 word rough draft blog post

Next up we have the “new blog post” option when creating content that navigates you to the “one shot blog post” page which allows you to “generate a full blog post with intro, body, and conclusion.”

With this tool, you can set the blog post topic, tone of voice, and intended audience, and you have a few language output and input options if you’re looking to create content that is not in English. You can open this blog post in the document editor or copy and paste this article directly into WordPress.

This tool helps create a rough draft blog post, but it’s not good enough to rely on alone. I usually take these one-shot blog posts and then expand them in the document editor.

Pros:

• Create a 500-700 word blog post at the click of a button. Complete with an intro, body paragraphs and a conclusion.
• Easily move this blog post into the editor to expand upon it and format it correctly.

Cons:

• Only useful for a rough draft at best. The content is usually pretty surface level and needs your personal experience and expertiese to make it competant.
• You can ask Jasper to create a blog post in the blank document editor.

New from template – Workflows and prompts

This is my favorite feature of Jasper AI. You get access to prompt formulas to help generate content for a specific purpose like an Amazon product description, AIDA framework, before-and-after bridge and image prompt ideas.

In addition to that, you also get community added prompts as well to help you craft niche specific content:

The community prompts come from other Jasper AI users and this feature alone make Jasper worth the 7 day trial as a lot of these templates can be used for any generative language AI tool.

Workflows

Workflows are content specific creation processes. From email campaigns, blog posts, landing pages or ad copy, Jasper AI makes it easy to create content specific outputs.

Each workflow presents you with an input box to establish essential context to help Jasper form the needed copy. For example, the email campaign prompt asks you to input your company description, target audience, pain points, and email subject lines.

You can also have Jasper generate results for all these input boxes automatically without you giving any information. It’s really up to you how you want to create content with a workflow, but I do suggest filling out each box for the best results.

At the end, Jasper will run the workflow and create content that you can then edit in the document editor.

Pros:

• Useful workflows for different content styles.

Cons:

• Limited amount of workflows to choose from.

Jasper AI Image Suite – Create images for your content

With your Jasper account you can create AI generated images based on text inputs. Jasper AI can create unique pieces of art, analyze existing artworks, and even predict future trends in the art world.

You simply input text describing an image you want created. Optional, but you can also set the mood, medium, style, keywords and language of the image as well.

The images can be downloaded individually in a high resolution format or you can download a high quality screenshot of the four images.

Image features

Jasper also has quite a few art templates built in to help generate an image based on your needs. From creating a realistic person, animal, story book illustration or product closeup.

These templates are customized to the most popular use cases for AI images. You also get advanced image generation features to edit any image through a prompt.

Pros:

• Quickly and easily generate images that are high resolution.
• The output for landscapes is quite impressive.

Cons:

• All these things you can do with Canva honestly.

Brand voice

In Jasper AI, the “brand voice” feature refers to the specific style, tone, and manner of communication that represents your brand across different platforms. It’s your brand’s distinctive personality and character expressed through words and phrases.

This feature allows you to customize the way Jasper AI produces content, helping you maintain a consistent brand image across all content you create with Jasper. From professional, casual, authoritative, friendly, or any other style, Jasper AI can adapt to it and generate content that aligns with your brand voice.

To set a brand voice, you need to navigate to “voice and tone” under brand voice:

Here you can upload text or enter in a URL for Jasper to analyze. Based on the writing, Jasper AI will determine the characteristics of your writing and then whenever you create content, you can choose to have the content written in your “brand voice” style.

Knowledge base

The knowledge base in Jasper AI can be understood as the vast array of information, data, and context that the AI has access to for generating content. This includes a wide range of topics, industries, and languages, along with the ability to understand semantic context, syntax, grammar, and more.

You can add facts about your specific brand to create your own knowledge base to help to Jasper Ai write content about your topic more factually. To add to your knowledge base you can upload text documents, have Jasper AI scan a web page or upload a .PDF file.

Pros:

• You can help the AI understand your business and website better. Thus helping it to create higher quality content.
• You can add a lot of information to your knowledge base to expand the useability of Jasper AI.

Cons:

• The brand voice feature on paper sounds like a good idea, but in practice I’ve found it unhelpful.

Chat – Similar to the document editor

Last it the chat function of Jasper AI. It’s similar to Chat GPT and you can do the same exact thing in the blank document editor

I personally don’t see the value in having a stand alone chat function when you can ask and get answers in any blank document. The chat feature though is helpful in the blank document section as a sidebar to ask questions and copy and paste in content as needed.

Pros:

• Helpful as a sidebar in the document editor as a way to stay organized when creating a blog post. Ask questions and copy and paste in responses and then expand on those responses as needed.

Cons:

• There is really no reason for this to be a stand alone feature in Jasper AI as you can ask questions in the document editor.

Jasper AI Review – Conclusion

Overall I like Jasper AI as a tool for crafting content. With all the prompts, workflows and the ability to write and rewrite paragraphs, Jasper AI makes creating content easy.

But to be honest, there is a lot of overlap with other AI tools like Claude, ChatGBT and workflows setup through N8N. However I do find the workflow faster with Jasper.

Jasper is trying to be your one optimal tool for a wide range of thing but it ends up being a jack of all trades, master of none so to speak.

I suggest you try out Jasper AI for a month or so because you do get a free 7-day trial. See if you like the platform and if you find the content creation process better as it is much more structured for online business owners than Chat GPT.

With Google’s continued focus on E-E-A-T (the new “E” stands for experience), there will be no replacing quality writers writing from experience and expertise on a subject matter.

My go-to example is when you want to find out what the best cameras are for YouTube (as I make YouTube videos), you want content from someone with experience and experience. Not an AI that scrapes the internet from input from human beings.

With that said, you should still use AI writing tools. They are beneficial for creating content quickly. They finally even the proverbial playing field as they allow a solo content creator to produce a quality piece of content 2-5x a week without spending hours or money on expensive writers.

What is ChatGPT exactly?

ChatGPT (Generative Pre-trained Transformer) was created by OpenAI and launched in November 2022. Its current knowledge base is restricted to events that occurred up to 2021. The way the AI tool works is by way of text prompts.

You ask ChatGPT a question, and it generates a response. The beautiful and functional thing about ChatGPT is how you format your prompts. Depending on what you ask and how you ask it will dictate what type of response you get.

How to use ChatGPT for blogging

Unleash your creativity and teach ChatGPT with Reinforcement Learning through Human Feedback (RLHF) for conversations. Experimenting with different text prompts is part of training this AI.

From help with creative titles, content ideas, and keyword research for your website, to schema markups or custom coding solutions. You’ll be pretty surprised by how good ChatGPT is for a blogger.

Please be aware that an open-source Chrome extension called “WeChatGPT”WeChatGPT” that adds the most timely and pertinent web results, meaning your conversations are always up-to-date and precise. I personally would use plain old Chat GPT from the official website.

Anyways, let’s get to the best ChatGPT prompts for bloggers:

Rewrite text

rewrite the following:

Using the “rewrite” or even a “paraphrase” prompt allows you to paraphrase or rewrite a piece of content. You can of course expand on this and add in additional commands like “rewrite as a 5 year old” and so forth.

Return the main response

Return only the main response. Remove pre-text and post-text.

ChatGPT tends to be overly verbose in it’s response. So if you want it to get to the point by cutting out the preamble and conclusion then I find the “main response” prompt to be quite helpful.

Style dictation

Write at an 8th grade level. Use clear and simple language. Bias toward short sentences. Avoid jargon.

This is my go-to, basic style dictation prompt when I need a basic paragraph long answer to a question. You can obviously adjust this prompt to your liking. You can tell it to use long sentences and jargon. Use smart, sophisticated language and so forth.

Format response

Format your response using markdown. use heading, subheadings, bullet points, and bold to organize information.

This prompt is helpful because the output from ChatGPT is much more structured and easier to work with. It formats everything as a basic blog post. Not good enough to publish, but good enough as a framework to work with.

Give bullet points

Give bullet points, step by step process.

This prompt simply breaks down the output into a simple, but useful set of bullet points and/or a step by step process. Perfect if you’re writing a tutorial and want to know what you need to include.

Advertising copy

Use sentence fragments and figurative language. Write as a master of brevity would. frequently use short pithy sentences that pack a punch.

The output is basically an advertisement. Very helpful if you’re running Facebook ads and need a decent paragraph to get your inspirational side flowing.

General copywriting

Use persuasive tone, rhetorical questions and story telling to engage readers. Use metaphors, analogies and other literary devices to make points relatable and memorable.

Well written copy without the sales tone. Instead of giving a technical explanation, they AI will create content that tries to connect more emotionally to the reader through persuasive sentences and metaphors. Try it out.

Conversational tone

Write in a conversational, personable way as if you are explaining something to a friend. Use natural language and phrasing that a person would use in everyday conversation.

Causes Chat to answer any question in a normal way you would talk. This is not the default so if you need content with more of a casual tone, similar to how a person writes to be honest try it out.

Sophisticated business tone

Use simple language to convey complex ideas so that they are clear and easy to understand. Breakdown complex concepts into easy to understand frameworks and models. Provide actionable and practical takeaways.

This is better than the “style dictation” prompt in many business situations. It results in clear and easy prose that still has an element of sophistication. If you want smart writing that’s personable then this is your prompt.

Write like a PHD student

Use a formal and academic tone paired with sophisticated vocabulary and grammar. Provide a thorough and in-depth analysis of the subject matter. Explain complex scientific concepts in a clear and accessible way. Use examples from a variety of fileds such as psychology and cognitive science. Present counter-arguments and dissenting opinions in a balanced and objective way.

This base prompt has ChatGPT spouting out responses that require a high reading level for your end users. Here, the writing becomes formal, complex, and potentially backed by science. It will even critique counter-arguments for you.

Keyword research

Give 10 relevant, unique topics under the category of “domain names.”

This AI is excellent for finding useful keywords that you can then plug into Ubersuggest or aHrefs. I personally find that simply asking to give topics about a specific category to be a great starting point.

It will even explain the search intent behind the results.

You can also command the AI to dig deeper into a specific topic as well by using something like:

Give me 5 different keyword variations of item #10 that address a unique search intent

ChatGPT won’t tell you the search volume obviously, but it’s helpful for finding long tail keywords and formulating a plan to obtain topical relevance over a topic.

Create titles for blog posts and videos

Create a compelling, clickbait title for “how to create a website.”

Generate some great titles for blog posts and videos you post to YouTube. It’s incredibly helpful because some topics are just a bit boring where getting some creative titles can be a bit of a struggle. Not anymore with this useful prompt.

Generate a blog post outline

Generate an outline for a blog post on how to start a blog.

I like this prompt because it gives a high level overview about what topics should be covered in a specific piece of content you’re creating. Often times it suggests a topic that can be a stand-a-lone blog post or video or a topic that should be include where you’ll go “oh yea I forgot about that.”

Write meta descriptions

Write a meta description that is 150-156 characters for a page title “how to make money on twitch as a streamer.

I don’t particularly like or enjoy writing meta descriptions. With ChatGPT you can generate professional meta descriptions that need to be slightly customized and edited.

Proofread content

Proofread this:

Simple enough, this prompt will cause the AI to proofread and fix your content. The only slight issue is that it’s not going to highlight anything so you’ll need to go through the new, generate paragraph with care.

Generate code snippets

Write structured data for a tutorial markup. The name of the tutorial is how to create a website in 7 steps. Complete all the fields.

You can now create structured markup language at the click of a button, wild.

How do I hide xyz with CSS?

Chat will teach you how to code in CSS and accomplish specific things like hiding text or elements with CSS.

Give the regular expression to show who, what, where, when, how? These are the first words in the match.

You can easily create regex with ChatGPT. Very helpful!

Overall the coding features this AI provides is a massive game changer. Now when you have a basic question about HTML or CSS or something more advanced you can get a quality answer and a good starting point for solving your coding problem.

Plagiarism checker

Act as a plagiarism checker.

You can tell ChatGPT to “act as” almost anything you want. For blogging, asking it to check for plagiarism will have it scan content that’s been published and tell you if it’s original or not. I used my post about how to make money on Twitch as an example and it came back that it was plagiarised which is correct as I wrote it.

Branding and domain names

Write 5 clever, pity, creative domain names for a website about teaching English in Thailand.

Branding can be tough. Coming up with good domain names or brand names for products, books, courses and so forth is now made a easier with AI. The domain names and brand names are not good enough out of the proverbial box in my opinions, but they do provide a solid starting point.

Like always, you can ask the AI to give more brand name ideas like:

Social media promotion

Create a tweet about “8 ways to find your dream job.”

Yea, you can now easily create social media content with ChatGPT. My favorite is to ask it to generate a tweet about a specific topic. You can even tell it to make a tweet thread and it will:

Again, like always you’ll need to customize and edit the output yourself to make it unique.

Email newsletter broadcast

Write a 140-150 word newsletter about a new blog article called “the best free email marketing tools.”

Have a niche website where you want to craft a basic email newsletter funnel? What would have take hours, days or even months can now be cranked out in a day.

You can also request the AI to craft a follow up email to the previous one. In addition, don’t forget to leverage the other prompts to craft something compelling as well.

I used this prompt on my niche teaching website to create a simple 3 month email sequence where subscribers get 3 emails a week for 3 months. It took me just a few hours from start to finish to generate well over 20,000 words.

Find out things you don’t know you don’t know on a topic

What additional questions would someone seeking mastery of this topic ask?

This is helpful because it gives you insights into concepts, details and further questions you don’t know you don’t know (but should know). In short, it’s a verbose way of asking the AI to “teach me.”

Audit your content for on-page SEO quality

What is Google e-e-a-t?

I love this prompt because it primes the AI to answer what Google E-E-A-T is. Once you get your answer you can then ask the AI to evaluate your blog post or a competitors blog post based on e-e-a-t principles.

I typically follow up with:

Obviously you can change the scale to 1-5 or pass or fail. Whatever you think is best.

Write an product description

Write a compelling product description and product title for (product title). Please give three variations. One as a technical descriptions, one as a sales paragraph, one explaining the benefits of the product.

This prompt is excellent for both digital and physical products. You’ll have a wide range of results you can expand upon.

Summarize text, book or an article

Extract all relevant information and facts from (insert URL or book title) and summarize the text using heading and bullet points.

Sometimes when you’re researching an article you’re short on time. This prompt gives the TL:DR on pretty much any book, text or article you give it.

AIDA framework

Generate a (blog post, sales copy, product description) using the AIDA framework for an (product or service) that promises to deliver (benefits).”

It should look something like this: Please generate a sales pitch using the AIDA framework for an email design service that promises to deliver unlimited email designs in a 48 hours turnaround time.”

AIDA stands for attention, interest, desire, action and is a classic model for creating sales copy.

Amazon products

Please create an Amazon product description for (name of product). The key features of this product are (enter features) and the target audience is (enter your ideal customer).

This creates a good rough draft product description for Amazon.

Before and after bridge framework (BAB)

Create marketing copy using the BAB framework: Before, after, bridge.

The BAB framework is a classic marketing formula where you state before I was struggling with this specific issue, but after using product XYZ I have this tangible result.

Problem-Agitate-Solution (PAS framework)

Create marketing copy using the PAS framework: Problem, agitate, solution.

This helps you create sales copy by first establishing the readers problem, understanding their frustration (like you I’ve wasted hours searching for an answer) to then offering your product as a solution.

Facebook ads

Generate scroll-stopping headlines for your Facebook Ads to get prospects to click, and ultimately buy.

You can adjust this as needed, it helps create ad copy that’s customized for Facebook.

Create high converting copy for the “Primary Text” section of your Facebook ads.

The primary text section of a Facebook ad comes under the image. This in combination with the title helps you create a rough draft for Facebook ad copy.

Google Ads (headline and description)
